Chloe is a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer and spin instructor. She has been working in the fitness industry since 2009 and believes fitness should aid in providing a more fulfilling, happier and healthier life, not detract from it and most importantly be FUN and FUNCTIONAL.

Chloe is a firm believer in practicing what you preach and aims to always lead by example.

Working in the fitness industry has afforded Chloe the luxury of being able to say that she truly loves her work.

She has been given the opportunity to engage with and help numerous individuals – primarily females – reach their health and fitness goals. Through empowerment, motivation and encouragement, she has helped them see beyond what they think they can do, and discover what they are truly capable of.

Chloe works with both groups and individuals and is a huge advocate of the importance of strength training for women to help them discover their 3 C’s: courage, confidence and capabilities.

A little quirky, a little silly, she definitely doesn’t take herself too seriously and finds joy in the simple things life has to offer.
