What we offer

*In these classes you will be put through various spin drills on the bike to challenge your cardio and lower body endurance, all set to incredible beats and clear and motivational cues from your instructor. Class is finished with a thorough cool down and stretch.

*In these classes you will be put through various spin drills on the bike to challenge your cardio and lower body endurance along with 15 minutes of awesome ab work to really challenge the core. Cool down and stretch for the last 10 minutes.
